Atyra Terms of Service
Effective November 3, 2026 · Version 2026-11-03
1. Agreement and accounts
1.1 Who we are. These Terms are an agreement between you and Beauty Street LLC, doing business as Atyra ("Atyra," "we," "us"). They cover atyra.co, the Atyra app, and any connector or API we offer (the "Service").
1.2 Acceptance. You accept these Terms by checking the box at signup, including signup with Google, or by accepting an updated version when prompted. We record the version you accepted and when. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1.3 Eligibility. You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You use the Service for business purposes, as a creator, seller, or someone acting for one.
1.4 Acting for someone else. If you connect a Page or account you manage for another person or business, you confirm you have authority to bind them to these Terms.
1.5 Your account. Keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and any Meta accounts you connect. Tell us promptly at support@atyra.co if you believe your account was accessed without permission.
2. The Service and Meta
2.1 What Atyra does. Atyra connects to your Facebook Page and Instagram professional account. It sends the automated DMs and comment replies you set up (including keywords, and Drafts that switch on with your next post or Live), organizes and sorts your inbox, and offers optional AI tools such as notes and link import and Story reading.
2.2 Meta is a third party. Atyra depends on Meta Platforms' APIs and policies, which Meta controls and can change at any time. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta. Meta may limit, delay, or block messages, revoke access, or restrict your account, and some limits are built into Meta itself (for example, one private reply per comment until the person writes back, and a 1,000-character cap on Instagram DMs).
2.3 No responsibility for Meta. We are not responsible for Meta outages, API changes, policy enforcement, or actions Meta takes against your account, or for messages Meta fails to deliver. Where we can detect a delivery problem, we will try to tell you in the app.
2.4 Your Meta relationship. You must follow Meta's terms, Platform policies, and Community Standards. You can disconnect Atyra at any time in Atyra or in your Meta settings.
2.5 Availability and changes. We work to keep the Service running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change, or remove features. If we remove a core paid feature, we will give reasonable notice.
3. Acceptable use
3.1 You own your messages. Every automated message, comment reply, link, and product claim sent through Atyra is sent on your behalf and is your responsibility, including messages AI helped draft.
3.2 Your compliance. You are responsible for following the law and platform rules that apply to your messages and sales. That includes FTC endorsement and affiliate-disclosure rules, affiliate program terms (such as Amazon Associates or Impact.com programs), consumer protection, and privacy laws.
3.3 Do not use Atyra to:
- Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or messages to people who have not engaged with you
- Mislead people, impersonate anyone, or make false product or health claims
- Sell or promote illegal, regulated, or Meta-prohibited goods
- Harass, threaten, or target minors
- Collect follower data to resell, or use it outside your own business with those followers
- Get around Meta's limits, rate caps, or enforcement
- Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or probe the security of the Service
- Resell or share access to the Service without our written permission
3.4 Enforcement. We may pause automations, suspend, or close accounts that break this section or put Atyra's Meta access at risk. Where practical, we will tell you first.
4. AI features
4.1 What uses AI. Some features use AI models from third-party providers, such as turning notes and links you paste into keywords and saved links, naming links, reading Stories to match a product link, and content plans and plan preview images. Inbox sorting and ❤️ reactions are rule-based and don't use AI. Our Privacy Policy lists the providers and what is sent to them.
4.2 Check before you rely on it. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable. It may match the wrong product, misread a Story, or suggest a plan that does not work for you. Review suggestions before you turn them on or post them. Plans and growth tactics are ideas, not promises of reach, sales, or income.
4.3 Auto-run. If you turn on features that act on AI output without your review (such as Story Auto-run), you accept responsibility for what is sent. You can turn them off at any time.
4.4 Use of output. Between you and Atyra, you may use AI output generated for your account. Similar output may be generated for others.
5. Plans, billing, and cancellation
5.1 Subscriptions. Paid plans are subscriptions that renew automatically, monthly or yearly, until you cancel. The price, billing frequency and first charge date are shown before you pay and in your confirmation email. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor, Stripe, to charge your payment method at each renewal, plus any applicable taxes. We do not charge per AI generation, and importing past automations is free.
5.2 Introductory price. New monthly subscribers may be offered an introductory price for their first 60 days (two monthly charges), shown at checkout. When the 60 days end, your subscription renews at the regular monthly price shown at checkout unless you cancel first. We'll email you a reminder before that first regular charge. The introductory price is limited to one per creator and account.
5.3 Yearly plans. Yearly plans are charged up front for 12 months and renew yearly at the yearly price shown at checkout. We'll email a reminder before each renewal.
5.4 Payments are non-refundable. All charges, including introductory-price charges, are non-refundable, and we don't give credits for partial periods or unused time, except where the law requires a refund.
5.5 Cancelling. You can cancel anytime in Atyra (Settings → Billing) or in the billing portal linked from any receipt. Cancelling stops future charges; your plan and access stay active until the end of the period you already paid for.
5.6 Price changes. We'll email you at least 7 days (and no more than 30 days) before a price change takes effect, with how to cancel. A new price applies from your next billing period after the notice.
5.7 Failed payments. If a payment fails, we'll retry and email you. If it still isn't paid, we may pause your automations or end your plan. We don't delete your data because of a failed payment.
5.8 Taxes. Prices don't include taxes unless stated; we add taxes where required.
5.9 Tester seats. Tester seats are a separate program billed at the price stated in the Tester Seat Agreement, with its own commitments. Ending a seat moves the account to the regular price, with notice.
5.10 Features marked "coming soon." Plans or features shown as coming soon are not for sale and may change or not ship.
6. Your data and ours
6.1 Your content. You keep ownership of your content: posts, Stories, messages, links, notes, and settings ("Your Content"). You give us a limited license to host, process, and transmit Your Content only to run, secure, and support the Service for you, including sending it to the AI providers named in our Privacy Policy.
6.2 Follower data. Atyra processes messages and comments from your followers to run your automations and inbox. You are responsible for having the right to process that data for your business. We handle it as your service provider, as described in the Privacy Policy, and do not sell it.
6.3 Privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, which providers receive it, and how long we keep it.
6.4 Export and deletion. You can export your data from the app at any time. You can delete your account in the app or by removing Atyra in your Facebook settings. Deletion removes your account data, subject to the retention periods in the Privacy Policy and anything the law requires us to keep.
6.5 Usage data. We may use de-identified, aggregated data about how the Service is used to operate and improve it. It will not identify you, your followers, or your Page, and we will not try to re-identify it. We do not use Your Content or your followers' messages to train AI models.
6.6 Our property. Atyra owns the Service, its software, design, and brand. ATYRA™ is a trademark of Beauty Street LLC. These Terms give you a limited, non-transferable right to use the Service while your account is in good standing.
6.7 Feedback. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without obligation to you.
7. Warranty, liability, and indemnity
7.1 As-is. THE SERVICE, INCLUDING AI OUTPUT, IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, ATYRA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT MESSAGES WILL BE DELIVERED OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL INCREASE YOUR SALES OR ENGAGEMENT.
7.2 No indirect damages. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, ATYRA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, SALES, COMMISSIONS, FOLLOWERS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, EVEN IF WE WERE TOLD THEY WERE POSSIBLE.
7.3 Cap. ATYRA'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE FEES YOU PAID ATYRA IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) $100 IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID US.
7.4 Your indemnity. You will defend and indemnify Atyra and its owners against third-party claims, losses, and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from Your Content, messages sent from your account, your products or affiliate activity, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or Meta's rules.
7.5 Where the law differs. Some places do not allow certain disclaimers or limits. In those places, they apply to the fullest extent allowed.
8. Termination and general terms
8.1 Ending the agreement. You can stop using Atyra and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, risk to the Service or our Meta access, or if required by law. If we end a paid plan without cause, we will refund the unused prepaid portion.
8.2 After termination. Your automations stop. Data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections 3.1–3.2, 5 (unpaid amounts), 6.6–6.7, 7, and 8 survive.
8.3 Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms. We'll post the new version with its date and ask you to accept it the next time you sign in. For material changes, we'll also tell you by email or in the app before they take effect. The version and date are shown at the top.
8.4 Governing law. Indiana law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Hamilton County, Indiana.
8.5 General. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including Meta platform outages.
