Atyra Tester Seat Agreement

Thanks for helping build Atyra. This agreement adds to our Terms of Service; if they conflict, this agreement wins for your tester seat.

1. What you get. A tester seat costs $49/month and includes Creator Pro: every Creator Pro feature as it ships, plus early access to new features before other creators. Paid add-ons with their own usage cost (extra accounts, extra team seats, agency features) aren't included. Current testers' seats start billing on December 1, 2026, with no introductory price.

2. What you commit to. While you hold a seat you'll (a) keep at least one automation switched on in Atyra; (b) try each new feature we send you within 7 days and answer a short 3-question text about it; and (c) join one 10-minute call with us each month.

3. Missed check-ins. A check-in is the 3-question text or the monthly call. If you miss two in a row, we'll tell you, and your seat ends 7 days later unless you catch up. Your account then moves to the regular Creator price ($49/month today) and keeps working; you lose Creator Pro features and early access. You can join the waitlist for a seat again.

4. Billing. Seats renew monthly until you cancel or the seat ends. Cancel anytime in Settings → Billing or from the link in any receipt; you keep access through the month you paid for. Payments are non-refundable, as in our Terms. If we change the seat price, we'll email you 7 to 30 days before.

5. Early features may break. Features you get early are tests. They may have bugs, change, or be removed, and they're provided "as is" under the Terms. Please don't rely on an early feature for anything you can't afford to have fail, and tell us right away if something reaches your followers wrongly.

6. Your feedback. You give us permission to use your feedback (answers, ideas, bug reports) to improve Atyra, without payment. We use it privately unless you say otherwise.

7. Quotes and posts. You're never required to post about Atyra or give a positive review, and your seat never depends on what you say. We'll only publish a quote, your name or your handle with your written OK for that specific use. If you post about Atyra while you hold a seat, please say clearly in the post that you get a discounted Atyra tester seat (for example "I'm a paid Atyra tester at a discount"). Any quote we publish from you will say the same.

8. Confidential previews. Please don't share screenshots of features we've marked "preview" until they're released. Everything else, talk about freely.

9. Ending. You can give up your seat anytime (your account moves to regular pricing or you can cancel). We may end the program or a seat with 30 days' notice, or right away for a breach of the Terms.
